Oil Purifier

Oil Purifier is a self-contained mechanical fluid power control unit that contains a positive displacement pump, immersion heater, digital control and  an automatic shut down operation. Dirty oil is drawn from equipment oil reservoir and pushed the oil through the PurePack chemical medium. 

Oil Dialysis Operation by OilPure units can provide the following:

1. Removes solid particulate down to 1 to 3 micron absolute or achieves an ISO Code 13/10 oil cleanliness.
2. Removes dissolved water down to less than 100 ppm from 3,000  ppm (parts per millions). When water content is higher than 3,000 ppm, the vacuum jet dehydrator should be used as pre-treatment to remove excessive water prior to the oil purifier.
3. Removes oxidation by-products , which cause high acidity in the oil, and cause the Total Acid Number (TAN) to increase.
4. Retains original oil additives.

There are three groups of oil purifiers:

Small Dedicated Oil Purifier

	Model: MB-10 for oil reservoir size up to 150 gallons(567.75 liters) MB-10 is suitable for any industrial equipment that has an oil reservoir up to 150 gallons (600 liters) capacity. It is designed to be installed as a dedicated oil dialysis unit while equipment is running. This dedicated oil dialysis cleaning method will maintain the highest oil cleanliness on a continuous basis so lubricating oil can be at its best lubricating performance under severe conditions.
	Model: MB-25 for oil reservoir size up to 250 gallons(946.25 liters) MB-25 is suitable for any industrial equipment that has an oil reservoir up to 250 gallons (950 liters) capacity. It is designed to be installed as a dedicated oil dialysis unit while equipment is running. This dedicated oil dialysis cleaning method will maintain the highest oil cleanliness on a continuous basis so lubricating oil can be at its best lubricating performance under severe conditions.
	Model: SS-50 for oil reservoir size up to 500 gallons(1892.5 liters) SS-50 is suitable for any industrial equipment that has an oil reservoir up to 500 gallons (1,900 liters) capacity. It is designed to be installed as a dedicated oil dialysis unit while equipment is running.

• Medium Rotational Oil Purifier

	Model: MB-50 for each oil reservoir size up to 500 gallons(1,892.5 liters) and up to 15 units of equipment. #B5D2FF

• Large Dedicated Oil Purifier

	Model: MB-150 for oil reservoir size up to 2,000  to 3,000 gallons( 7,570  to 11,355 liters)#B5D2FF

How to figure out Oil Purifier size ?:

             OilPure oil purifier does not use oil flow rate to determine filter size as commonly used in conventional filter. Oil Pure uses the oil reservoir size to determine the oil purifier model.

For an example:  For hydraulic oil reservoir size 125 gallons(473.125 liters), we recommend customer to use oil purifier model: MB-25 which has a 25 gallons (94.625 liters) per hour capacity. So the clean oil turnover rate is every 25 hours (5 passes x 125 gal/ 25gph). This means over 95% of oil contamination is removed  within 25 hours of oil dialysis.
